Refund and Return Policy -

At heath scientific we strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and transaction.  We will gladly accept any unopened returns within thirty (30) days of receiving your item(s).   We do not accept returns for used or assembled products.   Items must be brand new (never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer's packaging.  Please contact us if you would like to return any products. 

When you receive your merchandise please open all boxes immediately and check the contents. 

Shipping Damage:  If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you inclue a note stating the package appears damaged.  If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier immediately.  Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us immediately.

Defective Products:  If within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you discover a defect in the product, please contact heath scientific immediately.  Please DO NOT ship the product back to us until you have contacted us. 

Cancelling or Changing an Order:

We are set up to fill orders as fast as possible.  Once your order has been placed and payment has been completed, we try to process and ship so that the order is fulfilled promptly.  If you have received an email shipping confirmation either from us or our payment processor, it is unlikely your order can be cancelled.  If you have not received the email shipping confirmation, you must contact us immediately to verify the status of your order.  We will gladly cancel your order if it has not been scheduled for pick-up by the carrier. 

Restocking:  All returns are subject to a restocking fee, except in cases where we have sent the wrong items.  We have a standard restocking fee of 30%.

Delivery/Shipping Policy -

We ship world wide to all physical address.  Please email us for a special shipping quote if you wish delivery outside the contiguous 48 states.
